This caterpillar certainly is hungry, just like the one from Eric Carle's book The Very Hungry Caterpillar, so it's the perfect option for Book Week! The costume includes a tunic with three different coloured stripes in light green, dark green and yellow, featuring six brown caterpillar feet down both sides of the front of the tunic, as well as an attached red hood with caterpillar eyes and antennae at the top. The hood features a large hole for your child's face and velcro fastening at the neck.
