Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, in their original packaging with all tags attached, and are not part of our hygiene-restricted range like wigs or hosiery.

  Book Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back for a refund or store credit.

• 3.
  Package and Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, securely package your items to prevent damage, and affix the label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any Australia Post location; once received at our warehouse, we will process your return and issue your refund within 2-5 business days.
