Dress as a cheeky mermaid this Halloween with a darker side and wear this Dark Mermaid Toddler Costume. This costume comes with a mermaid style dress that features an iridescent design, rainbow ombre panels down the side of the bodice and short purple tulle sleeves. Printed on the front of the skirt is a white tail skeleton. Along the bottom of the skirt, there is an attached purple and green ruffle skirt with purple tulle underneath. Along the shoulders is attached a high black collar with scalloped edging.
