The good witch of the North has a new look with this beautiful Glinda the Good Witch Womens Costume. This sparkling costume includes Glinda's iconic pink dress but in a shorter style. The dress features a lovely tulle overlay on the bust cups and skirt peplum with silver glitter print and butterfly applique in the center of the chest.
